Tradewinds SB 326 Inspection

Tradewinds Terrace HOA, an association in San Jose, CA consisting of 114 units within 10 buildings, recently went through the process of having their exterior elevated elements inspected per SB326 (Civil Code 5551). While routine maintenance items were recommended, no life-safety issues were identified and the association has successfully fulfilled the state-mandated inspection requirements.
