Primavera Fence Repairs and Replacement

Primavera Homeowners Association is a 132-unit community of townhomes in Santa Clara, CA built in 1964. CIMS Project Support team assisted the association with their community wide fence replacement project starting with a thorough inspection of all the fences, a detailed report by prioritization schedule, bidding process and financial planning as it was determined that the association did not have the funds to perform the work at the entire community at once. CIMS Projects Support helped them through the financial planning and it was decided that they would take care of the high priority items this year for a total amount of $157,438.
