Durant Square Exterior Inspection, Repairs, and Painting

Durant Square is a 211 unit-community in Oakland consisting of both condominiums and single-family homes. The community features a clubhouse and two mail buildings. CIMS assisted the association with the scope of work, bid process, contract negotiations, pre-construction and construction administration for a $1,100,000 project including balcony inspections, exterior building decay, painting and deck coating. The project was completed in July 2023, on schedule and within budget.
