CIMS' Danville Office is Moving to Bishop Ranch in San Ramon

Centrally located in the heart of San Ramon at Bishop Ranch, our new CIMS office is our company’s headquarters and home to more than one hundred employees who serve our many homeowner associations throughout the East Bay. Our Accounting, Customer Service, Administrative, and Community Management teams will share a modern office space on a single floor for great team building and collaboration as we serve our boards of directors and homeowners.
With full-time front desk staff to greet visitors, our offices are open to our homeowners and vendors Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. The building is ADA compliant with ample parking, lobby directories and elevators to save time and to provide easy accessibility. Inside, we have several small conference rooms to meet privately on any matter. Just outside the building is a small café, that is conveniently located with an indoor/outdoor seating area and fountain to enjoy a quick snack or coffee when visiting.
The New Space
Starting May 1st, we will be settling into our new office location and we’ll be ready to welcome visitors and eager to serve our homeowners who visit. This move to Bishop Ranch reflects our continued investment in our company and our commitment to be local and close to our clients to ensure our responsiveness and regular presence on property. In addition to our headquarter location at Bishop Ranch, we continue to have local offices throughout the Greater Bay Area that support our employees and are proximate to our associations. These locations include Castro Valley, Brentwood, San Mateo, Campbell, Novato, Stockton, and Modesto.
