With a keen and expert eye, HOA Property Services can ensure warranty and preventative maintenance inspections are completed in accordance with the recommended schedule. Not only will these inspections help ensure components do not fall into disrepair and safety issues are additional pro-actively, but the related reporting will facilitate future warranty claims.

All three. We build schedules to fit the community—dedicated onsite staff, recurring routes (weekly/monthly/quarterly), or individual work-order visits when needed.
How are maintenance requests submitted, tracked, and communicated back to owners?
Work orders are generated in the portal and sent into our dispatch queue. Boards can access work orders and status updates online, and we submit photos (when applicable) and monthly summaries.
What is your typical response time for small repairs and routine work orders?
Because we serve nearby communities daily, we can often slot minor fixes into route days and respond quickly. Urgent safety items are prioritized for the same or next business day.
Do you handle after-hours issues and weekend emergencies?
Yes. Emergencies route through the community manager for triage and escalation to our on-call technicians or restoration partners.
Can you manage warranty, life-safety, and building inspections?
Yes. We track schedules, complete inspections, document findings with photos, and support warranty claims and remediation. We can also implement builder maintenance manual requirements and reporting for newer communities.
