Since 2005, HOA Property Services (a subsidiary of Common Interest Management Services) has provided preventative maintenance, handyman, electrical and janitorial services to HOAs on a full-time or part-time schedule, both remote and onsite. We are a reliable and responsible partner to maintain and repair valuable Association assets to ensure proper appearance and smooth operations – keys to enhanced property values.
We work with clients to identify the most cost-effective way to meet your maintenance needs. By evaluating the historical work orders and expenses, we can develop a reliable schedule and attend to a variety of maintenance items at once, significantly reducing costs and ensuring items are addressed timely. Our clients enjoy full-time, part-time and work order-based services dependent upon the needs of the community.
Unlike many maintenance companies, no job is too small for our experienced and licensed technicians. We understand maintenance needs fluctuate, and since we are often working at a nearby community, we can easily stop by to make a minor repair.
With customized schedules and scope of work to meet the needs of the community, our janitorial staff takes pride in their work. From bathrooms and meeting facilities to trash enclosure clean-up and junk removal, our goal is to ensure the community is clean, sanitized and enjoyable for residents.
With a keen and expert eye, HOA Property Services can ensure warranty and preventative maintenance inspections are completed in accordance with the recommended schedule. Not only will these inspections help ensure components do not fall into disrepair and safety issues are additional pro-actively, but the related reporting will facilitate future warranty claims.
