The Headlands Homeowners Association

We are pleased to announce that Common Interest Management Services was selected as the association management company by The Headlands Homeowners Association. The Headlands is a 139-unit community of condominiums in Sausalito, CA. This community, situated in the Marin Headlands, overlooks Richardson Bay and is within walking distance to George Rocky Graham Park with a playground and large grassy area. A short drive will take you to Marin Gateway Shopping Center with shopping and restaurants, Waldo Point Harbor, Mill Valley Sausalito biking and walking path, and Highway 101 on and off ramps.
