We are pleased to announce that Common Interest Management Services was selected as the association management company by Lancewood Homeowners Association. Lancewood is a 47-unit community of condominiums in Castro Valley, CA. Hidden in the hills of Castro Valley with beautiful scenic views, this community is surrounded by surrounded by the large wooden spaces of Cull Canyon. It is a short walk to Cull Canyon Regional Recreation Area with fishing, seasonal swimming lagoon with sandy beach, and picnic areas in the 360-acre preserve.
