Deer Run II Owners' Association

We are pleased to announce that Common Interest Management Services was selected as the association management company by Deer Run II Owners’ Association. Deer Run is a 102-unit community of townhouses in San Jose, CA featuring a private pool, spa, and pool-side showers. This community is surrounded by many community parks including Evendale Garden with pickleball courts, tennis courts, and playground as well as Martial Cottle Park, a 237-acre urban park with trails, green space, and picnic areas. Located alongside Monterey Highway, it is a short drive to many shopping centers, schools, the San Jose Capitol Flee Market, and the 101 and 85 Highway entrances.
