Professional Growth and Career Opportunity
From our senior team efforts to identify and interview each new hire, through our investment in a rigorous and nurturing onboarding, each employee’s career journey begins with a solid foundation for long-term success. Many of our highest-achieving employees began in administrative or customer service roles, elevating to roles in community management and company leadership over time. In addition, we have had incredible success in welcoming and onboarding mid-career hires who bring new perspectives, unique skills, and novel experiences to enhance our collective understanding.
For most of our employees and our alumni, their time at CIMS have proven to be the longest tenure at any company (on their resume) and their CIMS experience proved to be the most rewarding professionally, personally and financially.
