Hummingbird Place Association

We are pleased to announce that Common Interest Management Services was selected as the association management company by Hummingbird Place Association. Hummingbird Place is a 78-unit community of single-family homes in Fremont, CA. This community is located directly off Fremont Boulevard and features large grassy areas with a new playground. It is within walking distance of Irvington Park, Irvington Library, and Irvington High School and only a short drive to many parks, schools, and shopping centers in the area.
